Here is your "Wonder40" monthly package:

LIVE sessions from 30 to 40 min in small groups: classes with the most suitable formats to train muscle strength, cardiovascular capacity, mobility and joint flexibility. All sessions will be recorded and you have them on your Annalisa Studio Beyond40 App therefore that you can have them if you can't join live.

Short video: video tutorials to show you how to perform exercises correctly and short workouts (10 to 30 min) perfect when you ate short in time or to integrate together with the live classes in your weekly routine.

All sessions, both live and video, are short, dynamic, energizing: in our daily routine there is no need to further increase our stress level by introducing hours of training. What women over40 bodies need are sessions focused on the true needs of the female physique that we can realistically incorporate into our life in a constant way. And above all that they make us smile, feel good and recharge!

WHAT EQUIPMENT DO I NEED AT HOME?
Introducing TOOLS is a gradual process and it is not mandatory.
Always start WITHOUT and let's evaluate together how to proceed step by step.
The following are the ones I suggest:

Closed resistance band for gluts and legs exercises and an open one for shoulders and back.

Pair of dumbbells between 1 and 3 kg for arms and shoulders

Pair of dumbbells between 4 and 8 kg for legs and butts exercises.

3 LIVE 40 min Zoom small group sessions per week: all sessions will be recorded therefore you have access to them if you are unable to join live.

The sessions are accessible, basic movements and their correct execution are the focus. Each exercise can be performed without or with equipment, depending on your personal fitness level.

One-to-one spaces with me, and the possibility to start Coaching360, to get to another level of lifestyle empowerment.

My advice is to exercise 2 to 4 times a week, with a resting day between one session and the next.

When you're approaching fitness for the first time REPETITION is essential because it allows you to master the movements making them effective, and it's the best way to evaluate your progress. Don't be scared if you don't have different workouts every week: repetition is a FUNDAMENTAL step for subsequent evolutions.

My advice is to start from the pre-recorded Video Library and move to the live classes when you feel ready.
